The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and leading a team
What you’ll do:
Direct day-to-day office operations of a home care agency
Responsible for recruitment of English speaking staff in Nicaragua and Caregivers in the United States.
Develop and direct an effective staff training and development program for the personnel
Data Entry
Scheduling
Learn the company system

QUALIFICATIONS:
Home Care preferred.
Must have a phone and Computer
